About
the Company

Indonesia's energy demand continues to be dominated by oil and gas, while domestic production remains limited, creating ongoing challenges in efficient fuel distribution across the country's vast geography. To address this, the Government of Indonesia opened opportunities for private sector participation in downstream oil and gas through regulatory reforms, enabling a more competitive and reliable distribution system. Global Borneo Group consists of three integrated companies: PT Global Arta Borneo (GAB), PT Global Borneo Energi (GBE) and PT Global Armada Borneo (GAR), each playing a strategic role in strengthening the fuel supply chain. Established in 2007, GAB serves as the foundation of the group's fuel trading and distribution business. GBE, established in 2017, further expands the group's market reach and distribution capabilities. Meanwhile, GAR supports operational excellence through land transportation and logistics services. Through strategic partnerships with global energy companies such as ExxonMobil, Global Borneo Group continues to expand its presence across key regions in Indonesia, including Kalimantan and Eastern Indonesia. With an integrated business model and strong operational capabilities, Global Borneo Group is committed to delivering reliable, efficient, and competitive fuel distribution services nationwide.
